FREE PASS TICKETS 1st CLASS: In this page you can see a permanent free ticket, 1st class of SPAP. This was issued to executives of the railway companies, who had the right to free movement within a specific network. On the reverse there was usually a photograph of the beneficiary, stamped with an embossed stamp of the issuing company.
