R.S. NEA ZICHNI (MIRINI): The station is located 8,5 km in the south of village with the same name, in the prefecture of Serres in Central Macedonia. The old name of station was Mirini. It belongs to the section of the line Polikastro - Fere, which was putted into operation on 1 April 1896 by the Jonction Salonique-Constantinople" (J.S.C.) railway company. It's located 193,758 km from Thessaloniki Station. In the station there was the fork for the line Nea Zichni - Amfipolis Port which does not excist today.
