PROASTIAKOS RAILWAY S.A.: The Proastiakos S.A. company was founded in 2003 as a subsidiary of OSE in order to serve the operation of the suburban network in Athens during the 2004 OLYMPIC GAMES. The first line was launched on 30 July 2004 and was the line Athens Railway Station - Airport El. Venizelos, while on 27 September 2005 the Athina - Korinthos new line operated. In July 2007, its absorption by TRAINOSE S.A., was completed, which even today continues to use the logo and the title on existing lines.
